Shipping Errors: If we ship in error, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package to arrange for pickup and re-shipment of correct parts at no charge to you. If we shipped the wrong parts, we will re-ship at no cost to you. If the order was placed incorrectly and you wish to return the parts (if returnable), contact us for an RGA number. Any returns not accompanied by an RGA number will be refused or automatically assessed a 25% restocking fee less freight charges. All returns are subject to standard restocking fees at the sole discretion of Hunyakn Racing™. Return freight is non-refundable for improperly placed orders, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE PROPER PARTS FOR YOUR TYPE OF AUTOMOBILE. Returns: We accept returns on new, un-installed items in original packaging within 15 days of invoice date. A returned goods authorization (RGA) number must be issued before any returns can be made. Any return without an RGA number will be refused or automatically assessed a 25% restocking fee less freight charges. No returns on used, installed, or electrical parts for any reason other than a warranty claim for manufacturer defects. It is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or the installer to verify that the parts purchased are the correct parts for your application PRIOR to installation. We assume no liability for costs or inconvenience incurred as a result of incorrect parts. We reserve the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee for any and all returned items. Freight charges for returned products are NOT refundable. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ANY SPECIAL-ORDER / NON-STOCKING ITEMS.

All returns must be pre-approved, with an RGA number clearly displayed on the box. Hunyakn Racing™ reserves the right to have the customer ship their warranty claim directly to the manufacturer, and not to Hunyakn Racing. The return must be received by Hunyakn Racing™, within 15 calendar days after the RGA number is issued, otherwise the return will be refused. The RGA number does not imply a replacement or refund on any product, but only that we will inspect the merchandise you purchased based on the claims you have made. Returns must be sent freight-prepaid, and insured by the sender. A refund, exchange, credit or core charge return will not be considered until all related items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to Hunyakn Racing™. Original shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable. Any fees associated with customs or duties are non-refundable. All authorized returns must be accompanied by a photocopy of the customer's sales invoice, a written explanation of the problem, and a contact telephone where you can be reached. Items returned freight-collect or unauthorized will be refused. Customers must be aware that they may be subject to inbound and outbound freight to handle and / or process their warranty claim. These freight charges are charged to Hunyakn Racing by the manufacturer and will be passed on at that cost to the customer.

Refused Shipments: Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return freight. If a customer wishes to cancel an order (provided it is not a special order product), it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the order prior to the product being shipped. If a customer cancels an order after product has been shipped, the refused shipment or return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return freight.

Shipping Policy for orders shipped outside the Continental US: At this time we are not offering internet orders outside the U.S. and Canada We plan to change this in the near future and we appreciate your patience.

Legality and Pricing: Prices subject to change without advanced notice. We are not responsible for typos or misprints in product description or pricing on products. Some items may be legal for off-road use only, please check local statutes concerning legality and compliance.

Damaged or Missing Goods: Shortage claims must be made within 3 working days of receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. Hunyakn Racing cannot initiate any claims with the carrier.

Warranty: No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by the customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling. All merchandise sold by Hunyakn Racing is only subject to manufacturer's warranties and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. The customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. There is no warranty on lights, light bulbs, decals, electrical parts, and engine parts. Check your state and local laws regarding the use on any parts. It is the customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record and warranty claims.

Terms and Conditions of Sale: All orders placed with Hunyakn Racing (via phone, fax, mail, web, e-mail, etc.) constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on Hunyakn Racing's Price List and all conditions listed on this page in it's entirety. All parts shall remain the property of Hunyakn Racing until paid for in full and must not be installed or used without our written consent. Any usage of such unpaid for products constitutes a release of liability for us, but payment is still due.. All orders shipped to a California address must pay 7.5% California Sales Tax, as required by the California State Board of Equalization. In the event that an order placed on the web site does not calculate sales tax and the order is being shipped to a California Address, Hunyakn Racing will calculate the sales tax when the order is processed. There will be no notification made regarding the adjustment of the total amount of the order reflecting sales tax. All prices, materials, design, and specifications are subject to change without notice. All engine modification components, except those that are exempt, have been designed and are intended for off-highway application. These components are legal in California for racing vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads and highways. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of such parts may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. Further, all engine parts, headlight units, and electrical components are sold AS IS without any warranty and may not be returned. User assumes all cost and risks associated with these and other import items.
